Yesterday was the end of my internship at Glints indonesia. Yasss!!! so happy, finally can hammer out my holiday with something memorable (i don't think so haha)

For now.. I would to share about my internship impression at glints.

As marketing intern, being here for three months, i’ll said that was a negative n positive experience for me. Honestly. i don't even have a company shirt Haha take it with a grain of salt, please

I’m so bad in many things. sometimes i’m not happy..  i’m cryin a lot. i lost my confidence too much, i dunno why? 

But It’s good for me.

I know my self better. I know my weakness, i need more time than others to get familiar with the targets and deadline, and i'm easy to feel bored. you know what, when you know your problem, the next step you have to find your solution. After that, you’ll pass the problem, get the answer and be a better person. so, I never stopped to learn, i curious about many things, tryin to do my best (despite the fact that i never hit my target wkwk) nobody perfect right? 

just embrace all the uncomfortable. i try to manage my time, til i could follow glints workflow. never take my job home, so far, that's my only achievement haha

After step out my comfort zone.. now, i know the answer for this question, what am i willing to struggle for and what pain am i willing sustain for. As Mark Manson said, Acceptance of one's negative experience is itself a positive experience. so i'll say, i have no regrets, i’m happy and feel grateful to be here!

Ignore about the pressure, weekly targets, bout people who don't even know me, I learned many things from this role. How to reach consumers, kind of marketing strategy, learned about basic SEO too, that was very interesting. 

just wanna give a feedback. Glints, after becoming a unicorn company, please, pay attention for our tools, like, laptop hehe (for an intern, who did linkedin poaching, our performance can not be the same, because we're using a different tools) need a comfortable workplace too, and please say, it's okay to make a mistake.

The most impressive thing about this internship, I got a new nickname wkwk "Sala" they called me sala. There is only one friend on my campus who has called me sala, not on purpose. and I think it's a unique nickname.

Thank you Oswald for give me this opportunity, feelin' the atmosphere of Glints. Thank you Steve for lemme work in your zone, thanks for a growth mindset that you influence to us too. Then, thank you Vinsen, our marketing lead.. seems like you have a bad impression on me. Thank you for all the team. Thank you Erin, i'm gonna miss you!!

The last statement from me. Everyone you meet has something to teach you, if you havin a hard time, face it! don't run away.
